Refunds, Cancellations, Returns, & Exchanges

We are committed to ensuring you're satisfied with your purchase, and we’re happy to help find a fair solution if any issues arise. However, due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Orders can be modified or canceled before shipping, as long as the request is made before they are shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update your mailing or email address, if necessary. Please note, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed for safety reasons.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take the necessary precautions at Lux Oasis to prevent melting during transit—especially in warmer months—it is your responsibility to store your products in a cool, dry place immediately upon arrival. We highly recommend retrieving your package as soon as it is delivered and avoiding prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight, as natural butters and oils can soften or melt. Lux Oasis is not responsible for products that melt due to improper storage after delivery.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at contact@lxoasis.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work with you to find a fair resolution.
