At Lux Oasis, we strive to ensure that your orders arrive quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

  • In-stock orders are generally shipped within two (2) business days from the order date (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if you chose shipping as your delivery option.

  • You will receive pickup instructions via email if you chose local pickup within a 20-mile radius of zip code 35758.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Lux Oasis uses USPS for all shipments within the U.S., including AK and HI. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders.

We currently do not ship to international locations.

Delivery times vary based on destination. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lux Oasis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

  • If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Lux Oasis is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed once they are placed.

  • If you need to cancel your order, email us at contact@lxoasis.com within twelve (12) hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellations after this timeframe.
